Piano Storage
Walter Piano Transport offers warehouse facilities to store your piano or organ for long or short term.
Our 40,000 square foot warehouse is climate controlled and is monitored 24 hours a day for your pianos protection. Our electronic security includes both fire and smoke protection. You can have confidence that your instrument will be safe and well protected in our care.
When you are ready to receive your piano we will handle all the details.

Here at Walter Piano Transport we provide a stable environment for your instrument. Our warehouse is heated in the winter and cool and dry in the summertime. Your instrument will be protected from climate changes unlike any “household” or “you store” facility.
All pianos are blanket wrapped and banded to protect it from damage or dust. We use only the highest quality blankets to wrap our pianos to ensure the finish is not damaged. Every Piano is on its own piano cart to elevate them off the floor.
Every grand is on a cushioned piano board made of industrial grade foam and cotton so your instrument is cradled in comfort while it waits to leave for its final destination. The pianos legs, lyre and bench are wrapped separately and kept with the piano at all times.
Our facility is monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and our staff offices are in the same building for an extra measure of safety.
Some warehouses have a “piano area” and may not be as controlled, as our warehouse is used for pianos and organs exclusively.
